My earth shattering skin changing discovery

I have tested so many lotions, creams and serums I should have a degree. From drug store brands to some so expensive I should have worn them on my finger because they cost more then most of my jewelry.
I wish I could say I found a one size fits all that will make us all have skin like we did when we were babies but no such luck.
